Ok so.  Lets start off the month with another great Challenge.
We have Team 2 Playing along this month.
So this is the brief.....



What fun!  Lots of texture and dimension for this month!
 I am sure we are set to see some fantastic ideas from the S4H Designers!

I use paper above the picture like a layer




 I tore strips from a paper bag to make an "awning," and I used scraps of embroidery thread to hang baubles from the awning.


Marcela Valadares

I used paper bag and cotton applying texture, plaster and painted with sprays.

I have used thread on my layout and the handles from a paper bag for added texture.

I created a "Countdown to Christmas" Mini Album using seven small paper bags as the base for the album - I stitched the bags together using cotton embroidery thread and also used cotton twine as an embellishment in the album.

I used the back of the bottlecaps for stamping. I added gesso to the top and pressed to my page to create large dots. (Unfortunately they don't show very well in this photo).

Cork..... What fun!  Lots of texture and dimension for this month!

I used cork in my flowers .....and I love the effect !!!!!


I used the cork from a bottle of Sutter Home wine.  First I stamped my background with the cork.  Then I carefully cut the word "Home" from the cork and used it on my layout (inside the wreath on the Bingo card)

I used cork as butterflies that I cut the punch and also used a border punch on the side photo

I used cork circles that I found in my stash. I stamped them with Staz-on brown ink and spread them across my page.
