The Recycled Plastic on Shona's page is actually the piece of  plastic that the stamps come on, showing what they look like!

Juraci Falcucci

Juraci made her layout using a flower she handmade herself with plastic bubble wrap.

Denise Price

Denise used plastic in three places: clear plastic windows in the envelope, plastic netting from fruit packaging, and a plastic button from an old shirt.

Anupama Choudary

Her LO for February is using recycled plastic from fruit packaging!

Keren Tamir

Keren's title is stamped on plastic packaging and mounted on the flower.

Here is Leonie's layout for this Feb-Plastic challenge. 

The plastic is a freezer bag that she applied to the background with mod podge, then she added paint and stamping.

In her page for the February Challenge Marilia used bubble wrap as a background for the photo.

Barbara made her page on a plastic base....

         Sarah Routledge

                 Sarah used some plastic packaging, which she melted with a heat embossing tool and layered under the corrugated cardboard on the layout.

Cynthia Llorens

 Cynthia used bubble wrap in two different ways.
First she used it as a stamp, then used it as a page embellishment!






























   



Solange Marques

She used plastic over the page and she also used old plastic masks.





Kylie Symons

Kylie used the plastic covering from a coconut as a template with misting and then cut bits and stapled to the corners of my layout. She has also used plastic ties from a loaf of bread. She stamped on them with Stazon ink.

Meg Stoco

Meg used acetate to make a flowers cut in Sizzix.
Meg usei acetato de uma embalagem antiga para fazer as flores que foram cortadas na Sizzix.

Ok so. Lets start the New Year with a very Cool Challenge, and a very Cool New Team of Designers. We have Team 1 Playing along this month.

So this is the brief.....

STRING!!!! (yarn/twine) What a great recycled material to use on a project, So many uses.

A fun one for sure!!!

You can use String, Yarn or Twine for this challenge.

You can use left over bits, or recycled pieces used to wrap Christmas presents....Just think outside the box and create a page using this material.

You can include it on your work as is, or think of a clever way to incorporate it some how-

You might want to stamp with it.

Emboss paper or card stock with it,

Impress it into wet media...... etc

You are only limited by your creative imagination!!!!
